Selling the stock for company listed in otcbb?

I am double minded right now whether to go for venture capital or do it my self through taking it public.

11 years in business. It is a high tech company with a new product. The product is unique and we have already sold and shipped several orders. Now we have more orders but the company needs a financial shot in the arm to really take off big. There is very good potential but it’s not bankable because of the risk involved.
